One person, an automated production layer, and no handoffs.
I started in 2019 as an email copywriter. That grew into LinkedIn content, outbound and cold email for B2B service companies — the full demand side, written and run by hand.
I committed to AI in 2022, before it became a category everyone had an opinion about. Not because it was a trend. Because the parts of my delivery that did not scale were exactly the parts a machine could already do well: research, list operations, first drafts, QA at volume.
Today AI runs around 80% of my operations. Three daily content pipelines. An enrichment and outreach engine. A lead-generation tool in production. The judgment stays mine — positioning, what to send, what to kill, which line survives the edit.
That is why one person can run full programs, and why the capacity numbers on this site are real or absent.
Growth At Pace is the registered business behind the work. You work with me directly: one working session a month, a written update every week, and a person who answers when you write.
The operating model, in one table
| Work | Agents | Me | You |
|---|---|---|---|
| Content | Research, first drafts, hook variants, QA | Angle, edit, approve | One session a month, same-day sign-off |
| Outbound | Sourcing, enrichment, sequence variants | ICP, angle, list review, what sends | Approve the angle, handle replies |
