1. Scope.
This policy covers growthatpace.com and the services Growth At Pace provides. It is written to meet the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
2. What this site collects.
The site has no forms, cookies for tracking, or accounts. Cloudflare Web Analytics records aggregate, cookieless page statistics. Cloudflare, which hosts the site, processes connection data (such as IP address) to serve and protect it.
3. Booking a call.
Calendly collects your name, email and the details you enter, under Calendly's own privacy policy, and shares them with me to run the meeting.
4. Email.
If you email sandeep@growthatpace.com, I keep the correspondence to respond and to run any engagement that follows. Email is hosted by Google Workspace.
5. Client work.
During an engagement I process the business data you give me and prospect data sourced for your campaigns, only for that engagement, under the terms of the proposal. You remain responsible for the lawful basis of outreach to your prospects; I follow your instructions and applicable law.
6. Processors.
Cloudflare (hosting, analytics), Calendly (scheduling), Google Workspace (email and documents), and the sending, enrichment and AI tools named in your proposal. Each processes data under its own terms.
7. Retention.
Correspondence and engagement records are kept for as long as needed to run the engagement and meet legal and accounting obligations, then deleted.
8. Your rights.
You can ask what personal data I hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or withdraw consent, by emailing sandeep@growthatpace.com. I respond within thirty days.

Updates are posted on this page with a new date.
Growth At Pace is a GST-registered business in India. Registration details appear on every invoice.
