Refund policy

1. Programs.
Invoiced monthly in advance. Cancel by written notice before the next billing date and no further invoices are raised. Months already started are not refunded pro rata; the work runs to the end of the month.
2. First month.
If, within the first seven days of a program, you decide it is not a fit, tell me in writing and the first month's fee is refunded in full, less any third-party costs already incurred on your behalf.
3. Early termination by me.
If I end an engagement without cause, unused prepaid fees for the current month are refunded within ten business days.
4. How to request a refund.
Email sandeep@growthatpace.com with the invoice number. Refunds go to the original payment method within ten business days of agreement.
5. Disputes.
Raise them in writing first; I aim to resolve them within ten business days.
Growth At Pace is a GST-registered business in India. Registration details appear on every invoice.
